MIKE FISHER - PRESIDENT, CEO, AUCTIONEER

Mr. Fisher has been in the real estate auction industry for over 11 years and has been involved in countless auctions in the US and auctions outside the country as well. He is three time winner of the INC 500 award and is member of the National Auctioneers Association, the Alabama Auctioneers Association and performs charity auctions for many non-profit organizations in his spare time. His auction experience has taken him to virtually every state in the United States and internationally, he has auctioned properties from hotels to homes and from luxury to land. Mr. Fisher has been a featured speaker on many real estate seminar stages discussing the advantages of real estate auctions and has been quoted in different media outlets such as Forbes, The Wall Street Journal and many others.

MARVIN FISHER- VICE PRESIDENT

Mr. Fisher is also a three time INC 500 winner and has started and nurtured several successful companies during his business career. His past clients have included a large portion of the Fortune 500 companies including Ford, Goodyear, BASF, 3M, Huber, Ashland Chemical and many others. Before his time in the private sector, Mr. Fisher was a decorated veteran of both the Korean and Vietnam wars and served his country for 23 proud years.

CINDY FISHER - FINANCIAL OFFICER

Mrs. Fisher has been involved in real estate auctions for over 10 years and has managed millions of dollars of advertising budgets during this time. She handles all of the accounting for Redfield Group and is responsible for directing advertising money to multiple national and international advertising mediums and also oversees all of the corporate financial duties. Mrs. Fisher has also worked with hundreds of sellers and buyers within the auction business. She is also a licensed real estate broker in several states.

DON BOOZER - PROJECT SUPERVISOR

With a background in newspaper advertising, public speaking, and management, Don entered the real estate auction industry with a national firm in 1986. He credits his success, in part, to the fact that he started at the bottom, erecting auction signs and tents. Within 2 years he had earned an award for the largest auction ever conducted by the company ($8.9 million) and was consistently involved in multi million dollar sales. Since those early years he has been instrumental in the formation and growth of two other real estate auction companies, serving as General Manager and Director of Operations.

During his 24 year career, Don has been personally involved in hundreds of multi-million dollar real estate auctions. He has been directly responsible for all aspects of management, training, and operations from listing to closing. His specialties include property development evaluation and packaging, market identification and penetration, budget implementation and maximization, and information acquisition and dissemination.

SUSAN BROWNING - MARKETING / CLOSING DIRECTOR

Ms. Browning has over 20 years of real estate experience, which encompass both conventional residential real estate sales/development and the real estate auction industry. During her 20 year career Ms. Browning has been affiliated with three national auction companies, a Global franchiser of residential real estate brokerage services and a Southern U.S. Region residential contracting firm. Prior to Ms. Browning joining The Redfield Group team she contributed to the growth and strategic development of two national auction companies and has consulted with other national real estate marketing firms. Throughout her career Ms. Browning has contributed to various aspects of the marketing process for over 1,000 real estates auctions. She has been involved with auction marketing of assets for government agencies, lending institutions, developers, investors and private sector groups. She currently assists with implementing the marketing program, including advertising strategies, project management and supervising the closing transactions.

NICK WEBB - DESIGN DIRECTOR

Mr. Webb has been associated with the real estate auction industry for 10 years and has been with The Redfield Group since its inception. As our primary graphic and web designer he is responsible for the layout of all auction marketing material and website design. He has received multiple awards for both his web design work and his work on auction marketing materials. He is considered a leader in his field and has a reputation for producing the most effective auction advertisements, brochures and websites in the industry.

ASHLEIGH HAMMONTREE - OPERATIONS COORDINATOR

Ms. Hammontree is responsible for assisting the Project Manager in overseeing the entire auction process from start to finish. She has been in the real estate auction industry for several years and her responsibilities have included working with buyers, attorneys, sellers, brokers, closing agencies and lenders.  She designs information documents and provides them to prospective auction bidders, creates property information packages and maintains information systems that include buyer management and auction promotion.

GEORGE BAILES - SITE DIRECTOR

Mr. Bailes has been a licensed real estate broker for over 30 years and has been actively showing auction properties for over 10 years. He has worked with thousands of potential buyers at auctions conducted all over the country. Mr. Bailes also assists bidders on auction day with the bidding, auction and buying process.
